We had a fun two weeks in Salt lake with my family! Lincoln and I decided to head up to give scott some alone time to just study. Actually he kind of asked us to go. Ha ha! Lincoln enjoyed playing outside a lot which he can't really do in Vegas.
We went to Gateway to play in the fountain with our friends Tag and Mer!
He enjoyed playing with his cousins! My sister Megan left her kids with my mom for one of the weeks we were there and Lincoln has never been happier! He loved playing with all of them especially Mo!
We went down to Liberty Park to play in the fountains there. Although it looks like he didn't have fun in this picture, he really did. He just didn't want me to walk away to take the picture.
We went to the Aquarium which was AWESOME! He loved looking at all of the sushis as he calls them.
We took another trip down to Liberty Park and he got to ride on that little rickity plane ride they have there and the others got to ride the Ferris Wheel.
On that same day we went to the Aviary as well. Lincoln loves birds so this was pretty exciting too.
We got to go to Hogle Zoo twice! It was so much fun to walk around and see all of the animals. He liked the monkeys and calls them mommy.... hmmm...
The first day we were there we celebrated the 4th of July up in Oakley at the parade! He wasn't that into the parade but when the marching band came by he was mesmerized!
It was just a really fun trip and we had a lot of fun. We missed dad and Rocky but it wasn't too bad! While were in Salt lake city, Scott accepted a position to work at a Personal Injury law firm in Henderson! We are really excited and he starts work on Aug 2nd! We always intended on working for the PD's office, but this job was just better for our family! We are so blessed!

I miss you guys so much. It's good to hear you are having fun. It's nice to be able to take off while Scott is studying. BAR Prep is awful! It's almost over though so good luck to him. Lincoln is getting so big! Congrats to Scott for getting a position at a firm! It's gotta be a load off your minds! He can always move to what he wants to do when the time is right! Love you guys!
I didn't even know about half of those places you visited and we live in Salt Lake. We'll have to check them out, the fountains look really fun! Congrats on the new job!
You did all those fun things i use to do when I would visit my grandma in salt lake, the hoogle zoo, liberty park... what good times! We really do need to get together.
