I don't know why i'm smiling, in this picture, random. My "legs" were not quite as scenic as the one's I ran in the Wasatch Back.
Jordan gave us an awesome start!
VAN1 ( Jen, Gary, Parker, me, Jordan and Kim) VAN2( Ryan and Christy Moffitt, Mike Moffitt, Drew?, Greg, and Matt)I can't believe that it is already over, but it was awesome, just as expected! We ran it in 28 hours and 15 mins. it was 178 miles and it turned out to be pretty hot! There were a few injuries, but all in all things went pretty smoothly. I want to give a special thanks to my Uncle Gary who made it all happen, a thanks to Jordan, and Parker who were able to finish my last leg after my knee bummed out :( I heard you guys did me proud! I don't have a ton of pics, but i'm posting what I have.
I would also like to say how sad I was about the runner who got hit by the driver and died... That was so sad and never should have happened hopefully Ragnar will have things better situated for future Valley of Fire runners.

A runner DIED?? What? That is SO sad! What happened!!
That was a fun relay, but I must say Wasatch was a ton more fun. Sorry your knee and Back was giving you so much trouble.
That is a sad fact about that runner. Congratulations to you though! Way to go Natalie!
